Covid-19 Service Update
Stock and Order Dispatch
We are currently experiencing high volumes of orders, along with some severe stock delays across multiple popular manufacturers. This is unfortunately having a serious knock-on effect on dispatch of orders placed on our website.
Orders placed for items that are in stock are still dispatched on our standard next working day service, as per our regular ordering procedure. If items on your order are not in stock, one of our customer service team will be in touch to let you know. Where it is possible, we will part ship orders or offer alternative products to minimise delays.
We are constantly in contact with our suppliers to keep up to date with delivery times but thanks to distancing restrictions and manufacturing delays, items simply aren’t reaching us in the same timeframe as they did before. Add to this post-Brexit border control and we have a very difficult shipping environment to navigate.
Due to these extended lead times, we do ask that you please bear with us during this difficult time, we are doing all we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We are incredibly thankful to our customers during this period of unrest and will continue to do our best to dispatch all orders in as timely a manner as possible.
